This world can feel very dark, and that alone is enough to push anyone over the edge.

The reality is, it is not easy to live in our world today. 

So, if you are still doing your best to just live, then it means you are doing great as it is. 

Give yourself some grace. Have compassion for yourself. It is not easy to live in this world.
